Synopsis: Restricts state-owned buildings, properties, and political subdivisions from flying any flags that are not official government flags.

This bill's intention is to stop flying controversial flags such as the Pride Flag, Progress Flag, etc. The law will ONLY apply to state-owned properties, such as the Legislative Buildings, Governor's Mansion, and State Parks. Official flags allowed under this bill are the American, POW/MIA, North Carolina, etc.

Privately owned structures, like homes or businesses, will still be able to fly or display whatever flags they want.
