NC Senate Bill 442

Synopsis: Foster parents who refuse to use a foster child's preferred pronouns or support the child's gender transitioning are NOT GUILTY of abuse, neglect, or hosting an injurious environment. Child placement agencies MAY NOT discriminate against foster parents for refusing to support a child's gender transition. Biological parents are NOT GUILTY of abuse for refusing to use their biological child's preferred pronouns or support the child's gender transition.

This will be an amazing win for parental rights to raise their child according to the child's biological sex and the parents' principles! This bill will also prevent agencies like CPS or the state from removing the child if the child or other adults allege parental abuse.
