Synopsis: Officially recognizes/defines man and woman, imposes heavy fines and punishments for adult sites that refuse to take down material upon request, and removing biological men's access to women's private spaces

It's a horrible thing for people to be sexually exploited, especially against their will. This bill keeps women and children safe from online predation.

Governor Stein originally supported this, until the bill was amended to define women, prohibits state funded gender transition treatments, allow parents access to shcool library materials, measures to keep biological males from womens spaces, and restricts changing birth certificates to the holder's preferred gender. Because of these amendments, Governor Stein vetoed the bill.

Thankfully, the NC House and Senate were able to override this veto.
